Toxin Release " The Bowels"

Are you releasing toxins from your body?

Interesting question that we do not talk about but it is important and can be a life saver. Many people have between 4 - 25 pounds of  intestinal toxic matter in their colon (old dried fecal matter and mucus).Toxins get into our bodies from the air, food, water, through our skin, lungs and digestions. We release toxins from our bodies through our bowels, urine, and skin (sweat).


The number one cause of disease in the body/our bodies is toxins and congestion

Today lets start with the Bowel


The bowel, feces, excrement is a solid excretory, waste product expelled through the anus during defecation as a  result of foods eaten and processed through the body.



You should release after every meal (1-2 times a day). Our bowels should be the size of a quarter or silver dollar 8 - 12 inches long this is total release but many people struggle in this area. They have bowel release once or twice a week, constipated, or release small rock like stool. This is unhealthy.

Did you know that disappointment, trauma, fear, frustrations, and disease is held in the colon area. You must release daily!

Daily bowel release is the key of life it promotes:
  • More energy
  • Sleep better
  • Healthy & strong immune system
  • Healthy skin & completion, nails, hair
  • Healthy organ function 
  • Healthy weight management
  • Clear spirit, attitude, and over all well being   



If you are having a problem releasing your bowels try these simple suggestions to promote daily release:
  • Increase water intake (2 liters to1/2 gallon)
  • Eat more fruits and vegetables (5-9 pieces/servings daily)
  • Eat more high fiber foods (raw oats, bran, quinoa, brown/black rice/unfiltered, raw nuts)
  • Maintain a healthy flow of digestive juices from stomach, gallbladder, pancreas, and intestines
  • Monitor food portion control
  • Exercise (walk, swim, cardio, etc.)  
  • Fast (one day a week)



It is recommended that you cleanse your colon 4 times (4 seasons) a year. 

If you are having problems with constipation try the following:
  • Water! Water! Water!                                                

  • Colonics
  • Enema
  • Increase olive oil
  • Fruit base or herbal laxatives
  • Psyllium husks
  • Wheat germ oil
  • Aloe vera (gel or juice)
Pain, straining, or blood in your bowels is a sign that something is wrong do not ignore it get checked out immediately!
