Remember the health benefits of Cinnamon
A quarter teaspoon per day Lowers Bad Cholesterol and helps Stabilize Blood Sugar levels 

I keep a Cinnamon Stick with me during the day and break off small pieces and chew on it.

Cinnamon also curves your appetite and helps maintain fresh breath
