Quick Tip - Dinner Meal

A Quick and Healthy Dinner

Try this it tastes Wonderful  Olive Oil : Oil dripping on two spoons. Put in a medium to large bowl raw spinach, snap and snow peas (1 1/2 cups), screaded raw beets (1/2 cup), sprinkle organic (apple juice sweeten) cranberries (handful), and drip garlic or plain extra virgin olive oil. Stir and enjoy
