Pineapple
Pineapple is a tropical fruit that contains bromelain which helps in the digestion of protein in the body.
Bromelain, pineapple extract is beneficial in weight loss.
Pineapple contains vitamin A, C, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, minerals, sodium, sulfur, iron, iodine, and carbohydrates.
The Benefits of Pineapple:

- Low in fat and cholesterol
- Prevents hypertension
- Helps maintain and reduce weight
