Are You Keeping Your Skin Hydrated During the Winter Months?

Health Tip - Winter Skin Dryness

Dry Skin can be a sign that something is missing in your diet or that more personal care is needed to your skin. 

Healthy Skin is your body's primary defense against infection.

Dry Skin can also be a sign of a health issue check with your health practitioner if the symptoms continue.

Your Skin is the largest organ in/on your body.

If your Skin is itchy, scratchy, feels tight and taut try the following: 

               Dry Skin : Spa Mud Mask Close-up. Spa setting   Whole Body moisturizers.

Dry Skin can be caused by harsh soaps, itchy clothing, misusing moisturizers, and long hot showers.

Dry Skin can be caused by medical conditions diabetes, psoriasis, hypothyroidism, and malnutrition.

Eat foods high in omega-3 to help fortify the skin's natural oil-retaining barriers.

Walnuts, Flax seeds and Safflower oil are rich in omega-3
