Cancer Fighting Fruits & Vegetables

Health Tip - Part II - Healthy Fruits & Vegetables to Combat Cancer

Try These:

Brousel Sprouts : Sack of Brussel Sprouts from low perspective isolated on white. Brussels sprouts - helps defend against free radicals.

Cabbage : beautiful red cabbage isolated on white  Cabbage - cruciferous vegetable that gives the body the fuel to defend its self against certain cancers.

Red Grapes : Cluster of red grapes on white background.  Red/Purple Grapes - have anti-inflammatory properties and can stop cancer causing cells from spreading in the body.

 Grapefruits : Grapefruit   Grapefruits - filled with vitamin C and contains less sugar than other citrus fruits, grapefruits are also, packed with vital nutrients that may help rid the body of harmful carcinogens.

Jalapeno : jalapeno pepper colors   Jalapenos - contain capsaicin, which may help to neutralize some cancer-causing chemicals.

Kale  : Leaves of Kale in close up shot showing the curly edges of the vegetable   Kale - filled with vitamins A  and C, and calcium, kale is an excellent way to keep your body healthy and ward off free radicals in order to stop the spread of disease.
