Glory to God for the information presented thus far. Truly it's time to take our Health seriously.
You mentioned the importance of staying hydrated. Well the Smart water is available everywhere. Safeway, Giant, CVS and Shoppers Food Warehouse. It happens to be on sale this week at CVS. Hydration is affordable.

God Bless You! SWW you are so right. The key in staying healthy and hydrated is water. I recommend Smart Water because in my experience it hydrates your organs quick. Essentia is another quick hydrator but it can be a little expensive.

Oh! If anyone need a good sugar free juice other than juicing try any product from Apples Eve there juices are sugar free and mix well in smooties and protein drinks.

Oooop's I forgot to add to the Water Tip#1. Room temperature water hydrates your organs quicker than cold water.
Just drink it straight down and feel the calm and peace of hydration.

Always remember that your last ride on this earth in a hearse will not be pulling a uhaul truck. Nothing that you aquire in this earth realm can go with you to glory (heaven).

Sorry for delay, this is MDKing and I would like to join the health challenge. Its never to late right?
Well my question for today is, what do you consider to be light grains? I am all right with the fruits and vegetables its the grains items (i.e. do's and don'ts)I am not sure about.
I have been walking now for a month. I feel great but I haven't lost any weight! I am walking inorder to help loose weight. Any suggestions???
Wow! The spring is almost here and it is time to focus on how you will look and feel when the coats and sweaters come off.
Take a few minutes and look at yourself in the mirror (nude) and ask yourself do you like what you see? If you like what you see continue doing what you do (monitoring your health numbers) if you do not Today! get started.
Drink water, walk and increase your fruits, grains and vegetables intake.
