A Cool Healthy Snack
One of my favorite Summer snacks. Mix in a large pan your favorite granola (cereal), strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries (optional coconut) put in the freezer for 30 - 50 minutes top with wax paper. Before you serve slice bananas or another fruit of your choice. It is light, low in sugar, and fiber infused ":o).
Extra Tip# you can serve this plain or with on top of plain yogurt (Greek or low sugar), store in a glass container with a top and it will last for a couple of days just add additional fruit.
