The Benefits of Bananas and Cherries

Bananas are a great energy booster that contain trytophan a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin. The hormone that is known to make you feel happy and improve your mood. Bananas are a rich source of iron and potassium. The skin of the banana is said to help remove warts. The other benefits of  the banana are:

  • Stomach ulcer (a natural antacid)
  • Colitis
  • Digestive disorder
  • Diarrhea
  • Constipation
  • Hemorrhoids
  • Skin

  • Vitamins A, B, C
  • Potassium

Cherries are a powerful antioxidant and has been shown to reduce pain and inflammation in the body. It is recommended that you consume one half pound or more a day to receive the full benefits. Cherries also help:
