Quick Water Tips

Quick Tips

Try these simple strategies and let us know what happens



  • Drink at least 2 liters of water a day (a little over 8 cups)
  • Drink a bottle (24-32 fl oz) water immediately when you wake up (then pray) this will provide immediate organ hydration and prepare your colon to release the first bowel of the day (I drink 50.8 fl oz every morning)
  • Drink a bottle (16, 24, 32 fl oz) water  20 minutes before every meal this will trick your stomach in feeling full and you will not eat as much
  • Drink a bottle of water 1 hour after you eat this will help keep you in a flushing mode and keep your colon hydrated for bowel release
  • Drink your water room temperature (quicker hydration)
  • Drink water straight down at one setting no sipping
Remember water will naturally boost your metabolism

Aunt Rarie, I try extremely hard to drink water, however it taste so disgusting. Nevertheless, I am willing to try you method of drinking water upon first waking up and then praying. That seems really cool! I also like the idea of tricking my stomach. I will try that as well! These are amazing tips! Thanks a bunch!
