A Gluten Free Diet

"Gluten"

What is it?


A protein that remains when starch is removed from cereal grains, that gives cohesiveness to dough.


Why is Gluten unhealthy for us?

Gluten is considered unhealthy because it is a protein that causes inflammation in the intestine that has lead to Celiac Disease and Leaky Gut Syndrome. Also, have been found to cause Rheumatoid Arthritis and allergies.

Gluten Free Foods:
  • Pastas
  • Soups
  • Cake Mixes                                                                              
  • Pizza
  • Candy & Cookies
  • Flour/grains, etc.

Basically all foods can be gluten free after process.
 A Gluten Free Diet is another key for healthy living. Try it!

Gluten is a yellowish-grey, elastic, sticky protein substance found in  barley, oats, whole grain, rye, and many other foods we eat.
