Healthy Mouth Part III
Good Day Cor-Les Community we are always receiving questions about various topics on Breath, Gum, and Teeth the question has come up again. The first thing you present when you meet someone is your "smile." Your mouth is a mirror of your health an inner spirit.
Reminders
Your mouth should reflect the following:
- Teeth should be clean (no excessive plaque - yellow, green, or dark brown)
- Breath (no offensive bad odor)
- Gum base healthy pink (no film, ulcers, or sores)
- Tongue healthy pink (no yeast or thrust, or fuzzy hair)
- Lips healthy flesh color (no dry, cracked, or scales)
Your mouth is a direct connection to your body through the blood stream and the digestive system. An unhealthy mouth left untreated (gingivitis or periodontitis - inflammation and bacteria) can lead to heart attack, stroke, or diabetes.
- Tooth brush 2-3
- Gum stimulator 1-2 (rubber tip)
- Tongue cleaner/scrapper (metal or plastic)
- Mouth wash (non alcoholic)
- Lip moisturizer (with sunscreen)
Live well
