Quick Tip: Walking is Free and Healthy

Quick Tip: Walking Feet 


The Foot is the lower extremity of the vertebrate leg that is in direct contact with the ground in standing or walking. 


Feet walk, run, stand, play, dance, and praise God

                  




As you begin to embark on a New Year of must do's in relation to excercise. Think about Walking


Walking is Free and Healthy. If you work in a building five to nine floors or lower walk up the stairs and walk down the stairs. The next time you go to the grocery store park at the far end of the parking lot, walk into the store, walk around the store, walk back to your car (with your cart), walk your cart back to the store, and walk back to your car. The same in the shopping mall park your car on the opposite end of the store you are visiting. Walk through the mall easy and smooth (no extra shopping in between Ha!~ Ha!~) .


Walking is Free!
