Remembering a Great Woman

We do not usually do this but we believe it is important to remember our start. The photo below is of Apostle Betty P. Peebles, D.D. (October 5, 1934 - October 12, 2010) the co-founder of Jericho City of Praise in Landover, MD by way of Washington, DC. 

The Apostle Peebles "Ma Betty" help set the frame work of Cor-Les Institute, Inc. today in the vision of promoting Health & Wellness. Ma Betty allowed me to test (experiment) with  her on healthy meals, snacks, and smoothies many years before the company was conceptualized.  She would always say " Val I am not eating any grass or worms today."  At that time (2000) I was just talking about and  personally developing health strategies for anyone who would listen.  

Today through my present Pastor Kwabena "Kibby" Otoo, Action Chapel Virginia, Alexandria, VA and years of research we are traveling throughout the world promoting and teaching  Health and Wellness through education and demonstrations.

Ma! Betty I/we salute you and we will see you later
