Definition

Protein is a moecule made up  of amino acids that are needed for the body to function properly


Protein is essential for muscle growth, repair and maintenance 

You can get protein from various food sources:

Traditional Protein:
  • Meat
  • Milk
  • Eggs                                                                                  
  • Cheese
  • Fish
  • Legumes
  • Nuts

As a Vegan I get my protein from vegetables
