Quick Tip - Healthy Dinner Meal

A Healthy Meal Deal

Try this tonight for Dinner

   Put on a medium size dinner plate fresh raw spinach,  hot grilled Brussels sprouts,  warm spicy (use your favorite spices) quinoa (ken-wah), and cranberry/raisins, topped with fruity/nutty extra virgin olive oil. To enhance the flavor squeeze a lemon and lime and toss lightly.
