Quick Tip - Breakfast

Breakfast  is a MUST for daily living

Breakfast is the first meal of the day, usually eaten in the morning.

Cereal : The words good morning formed with cereal on white background  The most important meal of your day is Breakfast.      Cereal : Strawberry on spoon with cereal flakes Stock PhotoCold or Hot cereals, pancakes, eggs, smoothies, whole-grain toast, fruit, etc... 
                         
Cereal : Bowl of muesli Hot Cereal : Traditional chinese porridge rice gruel in bowl   Cereal : Bowl of crispy oat cereal with fresh blueberries and other fresh fruits  

Cereal : Bowl of cornflakes with milk        Low - fat milk (skim), almond, rice beverage, coconut or goat milk are healthy cereal toppers.


One of the greatest benefits of eating Breakfast is weight control.

A healthy Breakfast may include a high-fiber cereal and egg whites.

Cereal : Granola with fresh wild blueberries and milk. Shallow DOF         Pancakes : Pile of pancakes on glass plate with fruit sauce. Focus on first part of sauce.      Pancakes : Plate Of Blueberry Pancakes With Maple Syrup    Pancakes : Breakfast of grilled bacon, tomato, egg, baked beans and pancakes.


Fresh fruit and smoothies are also a great starter.

Remember!
Never start your day without something healthy on your stomach. It will prevent you from over eating later in the day.
