Quick Tip - Lunch or Dinner Meal

Another Healthy Lunch or Dinner Meal

Try this Family
          Vegetable Omelette : eggs with asparagus Stock Photo           Vegetable Omelette : egg omelet with green aspargus           Vegetable Omelette : Omelette and salad decorated by fresh green onions and fennel   

Use organic egg whites, extra virgin olive oil (flavor garlic or basil), long stem asparagus, fresh raw spinach, and small dried tomatoe spice. 
Place this on top of beet greens or spring mix and red quinoa.    
Drip extra virgin olive oil and use spicies of your choice.
