NightShade Foods/Vegetables contain a substance called alkaloids, which influences digestive, nerve and muscle function.

They include the following vegetables and spices:

  • Nuts and seeds     Nuts And Seeds : Mixed nuts & seeds
  • Omega - 3 fatty acids:     Fresh Fish On Ice : Fresh fish on the fish market
    •  Salmon, albacore tuna, halibut, sardines, flaxseed, walnuts and canola oil)

These will help with reducing inflammation and provide heart healthy alternatives to saturated fat sources.
