How do Super Foods work for your body?

Super Foods are known to improve your memory, lower blood pressure and boost your immune system.

Lets Get Started:

Coffee/Caffeine -   is loaded with antioxidants, which can protect against cell damage and reduce your risk of chronic disease, including diabetes, heart disease and stroke. 

Thyme -  helps fight bacteria and treat acne (tincture).

Wild Salmon -  heart healthy omega-3 fatty acids, fights against premature aging, helps preserve small bits of DNA on the ends of cells.

Kale -  rich in vitamin K, which is essential for blood clotting, contains lutein, a nutrient that reduces the risk of cateracts and other eye disorders.

Avocados -  a healthy fat, good source of glutathione, an antioxidant that improves overall hormone function. 

Basil/Mint -    helps aid digestion and diminish inflammation, basil and mint ( a basil relative) are strong sources of luteolin, which may boost the immune system.

Olives/Olive Oil -   known to lower blood pressure and cholesterol and reduce the risk of stroke.

Walnuts -  high in antioxidants and contain high levels of vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids
