Health Tip Week June 28-30, July 1-2, 2010 

Good Day Cor-Les Community I pray all is well. In continuing our health series please remember the following:


Food is a source of fuel for the body not an emotional treat. Please eat three or more meals a day. Your body functions best when it has a steady supply of energy.



Remember your daily intake:
  • Water
  • Carbohydrates
  • Protein
  • Fats
