Water, Water, and More Water Is The Question?

Good Day Cor-Les Community we continue to get the Water question.

Water is an essential key for life it is beneficial to our bodies internally and externally. Most doctors recommend that we drink a minimum of 2 liters (a little more than 8 cups) a day.  However, you can drink more if you are thirsty.  Drink up!





Problems Associated With Not Drinking Water:
  • Excessive body fat
  • Poor muscle tone
  • Digestive complications
  • Muscle soreness
  • Skin problem (acne or rashes)
  • Brittle nails
  • Unhealthy hair   
  • Bad breath
  • Constipation and bloating
Signs of Dehydration:
  • Heartburn
  • Stomach ache
  • Low back pain
  • Headache
  • Mental irritation and depression
  • Water retention

How to drink more water:
  • Change your attitude about water " A  Life Drink"
  • Carry a bottle of water everywhere you go (vehicle, work, church, work out, school, night stand, etc.)
  • Drink electrolyte enhanced water 
  • Add fresh fruits or vegetables to your water (lemons, limes,oranges, cucumbers, carrots, ginger, mint and peppermint leaves etc.) be creative 
  • Eat more water rich foods
