The Asparagus

Did you know that the asparagus has an abundance of amino acids which helps the body release waste material and help maintain your urinary track releasing toxins from that area. When eating asparagus it should be eaten raw or lightly steamed.

I eat asparagus every day. It works! and  I feel great. My favorite dish is raw spinach, topped with red quinoa, asparagus, avocado, and slightly steamed snapped peas. I also, top with fresh crushed garlic, and flavor with garlic or  lemon olive oil.
