A Healthy Mouth is Another Key For Good Health

A Healthy Mouth is a key for good health

Keep your gums, mouth and teeth healthy by:
  • Brushing daily (at least twice)
  • Flossing daily (regular or dental tape)
  • Brush or scrape your tongue
  • Rinse (antibacterial)
  • Eating fruits and vegetables
  • Avoid sugary drinks
  • Avoid caffeine
  • Avoid nicotine (cigarettes and cigars)
  • Regular dental checkups
I am old school I still brush (clean) my teeth with baking soda and peroxide at least three times a week. The alternate days I use an organic, no sugar, aluminum free tooth paste. Find what works for you and invest in good tools:  tooth brush (2-3), tongue cleaner, gum stimulator, and  dental floss or tape.

If you do not take care of your gums, teeth and tongue today you will regret it later.
Good oral health is just as important as physical outer health.

 Live well
