Watch Your Sodium Intake

Sodium a silent killer

Please watch your Sodium intake too much is a culprit for health problems. Sodium is good for the body in moderation it helps maintain the body's fluid balance.


Some Sodium Culprits:
  • Frozen dinners
  • Ready-to-eat cereals
  • Vegetable juices
  • Canned foods
  • Packed deli meats
  • Prepacked Soups
  • Marinades and flavorings
  • Spaghetti sauces
  • Dry roasted nuts
  • Potato chips, pretzels, and cheese puffs
  • Prepacked foods 
  • Condiments - ketchup, sweet relish, and mustard 
These are just a few there are many, many, more we just want to give you some of where the Sodium culprit hides out.
