We receive questions every day on health or nutrition related issues. Some one ask today what is a healthy salad? My view on salads are a little different than most people and nutritionist but it keeps me healthy.
I am dancing on 50 and I have to always be in a healthy green, flushing, toxin releasing mode in order to live a healthy life. I am total vegan and I measure my health by my numbers (e.g. blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels, etc.) which are all great. As well as my attitude and how my clothes fit.
I do not promote eating a salad every day because raw vegetables and greens can cause bloating and excessive gas in the body. As well as many people can not digest raw vegetables. I eat salads all year round 1-3 times a week.
Remember our motto is
" Quick feel good and slow weight lost "I cannot teach on health and wellness and not live it. Myself and my team live well
This is what I eat and promote in our education and food demonstrations. Try it!
