- Food intolerance

- Gastroesphagea reflux disease
- Trauma (brain or body)

- Eat or Drink something
- Breathe (fresh air)
- Review medication (if applicable)
- Throw up (get it out)

- Ginger root capsules
- Non-carbonated syrup

- Hot Tea - peppermint or chamomile
