Great Morning Starter
Bowl of old fashion Quaker Oats or 100 % 5 Grain Cereal, mixed with raw pecans, walnuts ( fresh fruit can be added), topped with flax seeds, cinnamon, or pumpkin spice.
Special note do not cook just add hot boiling water, you want the cereal to be a little dry.
