Quick Tip - Take a Nap

A Quick Nap during the day will help take the edge off.


 A Nap is to sleep for a brief period often during the day.


Take a Power Nap for 20-30 minutes during the day and experience: Less stress, increased alertness, productivity,           
increased memory and learning, good heart health, increased cognitive functions, boost your creativity, and overall better health.
