Your Metabolism is how fast your body can absorb nutrients and pass food through the body.


Our Metabolism is our bodies usage of energy.

All the chemical reactions our body is performing all day and all night.

 Metabolism is the chemical processes occurring within a living cell or organism that are necessary for the maintenance of life.
      
A slow Metabolism maybe the cause of excessive weight

Exercising will increase your Metabolism by increasing the chemical reactions in your body.

Eating frequent (4-6) small healthy meals during the day will boost your Metabolism
