- Wear moisture wicking socks;
- Use anti-odor or anti-microbial insoles;
- Apply an antiperspirant to your feet;
- Dust your feet once or twice using cornstarch or power;
- Perspiration absorbent footbed liners;
- Soak your feet for ten minutes in Black tea the tannic acid in the tea helps to prevent the feet from sweating, kills bacteria causing odors, and closes pores;
- Periodic pedicures or waxing;
- Zinc, one of the symptoms of zinc deficiency is foot odor;
- Soak your feet in Apple Cider several times a week;
- Soak your feet in Jell-O, Bleach, Vinegar, Listerine (yellow), Rubbing Alcohol, or Alum;
- If your shoes retain odor, try sprinkling them with baking soda and allow shoes to dry completely.

If your foot odor is really bad and these solutions do not help see a doctor.
