I hope every one had a great weekend and you tried eating green with colorful fruits. This week lets talk about the health benefits of specific fruits lets start with Pineapple and Avocado.

 
Pineapple is a tropical fruit that contains bromelain which helps in the digestion of protein. Pineapples contain vitamin A, C, calcium, phosphorus, potassium and carbohydrates. Pineapple is also beneficial in regulating thyroid gland, digestive problems, inflammation, high blood pressure, arthritis and constipation. 


Avocado is a fruit rich in vitamin E  considered the beauty vitamin for women because of the health benefits for healthy skin and the prevention of wrinkles. Avocados contain  vitamin A, C, thiamine, niacin,  potassium, phosphorus, fat, carbohydrates, protein and monounsaturated fats. A powerful antioxidant food. Avocado is beneficial in  regulating constipation, insomnia, nervousness and healthy skin.

I eat 1/2 to a whole pineapple and one avocado every day they work.
