Today is Hot and Humid Add Some Fresh Fruit to Your Diet
As you eat green this weekend add some colorful fruits.
Eat fresh fruit 1 hour to 20 minutes before you eat a full meal. The nutrients will absorb quicker and easier without stomach bloating.
