Lets Continue To Live Healthy Today
Good Day Cor-Les Community
I pray all is well. Every day "Eat Healthy and Do Something That Counts."
Remember limit foods and drinks that are high in sugar, salt, high in caloric fat and alcohol and drugs.
Eat daily more fresh fruits and vegetables, healthy snacks (see previous posts), and participate in physical activity (walking, swimming, etc.). Also, avoid "Stressful" situations and unnecessary burdens (people) and avoid the soft addictions:caffeine, nicotine, sugar, salt, etc.
We are serious about promoting health and wellness. Today another person went to glory before their time because they did not take their health serious. Do not be next. We are all going to die but while you are here feel good, look good, exhibit peace and wellness.
