A Cool Dinner Meal
Prepare multi-grain or spinach angel hair pasta, rinse in cold water, put in a large glass dish, add cube size: summer squash, zucchini (you can substitute with cucumbers or asparagus), red, yellow, and orange peppers, mix lightly garlic olive oil and add (drops) lemon olive oil, stir/mix briskly (large spoon or hands) and add your favorite spices ( I experiment with organic spices - turmeric, ginger, mustard, cumin, garlic, cayenne, crush peppers, etc. ).
Let it sit for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator and served chilled on a bed of raw spinach, mixed field or beet greens (to bring out the flavor squeeze a little lemon or lime on the greens before putting the pasta on) and serve with chilled cucumber water.
A healthier light meal that guarantees satisfaction and toxin release.
